The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) is a 120+ hours training and certification program aiming to  educate and recognize specialists in the field of career development, committed to the philosophy of lifelong learning.

Training Methodology, Practice and Evaluation

The GCDF training is normally available in a distance/face to face training hybrid format and culminates in a supervised case study.

Candidates are submitted to formative evaluation, being continually evaluated on their knowledge, competencies and skills acquisition:

  Familiarity with the GCDF curriculum
• 
  Realization of reflective exercises
• 
  Comments, questions and proactivity towards the group and the instructor
• 
  Participation and involvement during face-to-face sessions
• 
  Competencies and skills demonstrated during role-plays and other practical exercises
• 
  GCDF knowledge and skills acquisition displayed during the case study and supervision
• 
  Level of awareness and self-critique demonstrated across the entire training process

Prerequisites for attending a GCDF training:

  Minimum educational degree level
• 
  English proficiency
• 
  Access to videoconference platforms (ZOOM/Microsoft TEAMS/SKYPE)
