The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) is a 120+ hours training and certification program aiming to  educate and recognize specialists in the field of career development, committed to the philosophy of lifelong learning.

Training Methodology, Practice and Evaluation

The GCDF training is normally available in a distance/face to face training hybrid format and culminates in a supervised case study.

Candidates are submitted to formative evaluation, being continually evaluated on their knowledge, competencies and skills acquisition:
