Working Towards a Unified Goal

EBCC's mission can only be pursued under the stance of a strong collaboration with its partners. EBCC’s country level partners are recognized and highly respected national experts in their disciplines and are coordinators of the credential and training programs EBCC promotes across Europe.

With EBCC’s support, European Partners are critical leaders in advocating for professionalization of counseling. Through the establishment of national credentialing systems, Partners have been promoting common professional and ethical standards of practice as the foundational step in the creation of the counseling profession.

Partners also provide key training programs for specialty credentials recognizing the expert knowledge and skills of professionals in counseling, career development, and supervision. EBCC collaborates with partners to support capacity building efforts and advance professional recognition of counselors.
